The future of Internet wil definitely be much more advanced than what it currently is. The increase in reliance on the net is also one of the factors that may induce these researchers to create something widely out-of-the-world, to further entice individuals to be even more connected to their computers, like they arent already.
However, though many advancements of the net have taken place and many new innovations and technological advancements have taken center stage in today’s world, there are so many things that can happen. Things that would label me a pessimistic, or things that are too far-fetched, like i dont know, time travelling, that make me seem too optimistic. The future is a black-hole of ideas/innovations that we, the average individual wont be able to explain.
But, the things that are to come in future, would be something that we would claim to NEED. Just like the dreaded IPhone, that I have succumbed to. 
THE INTERNET 
Indeed it is very hard to predict what will the future internet will be for us. Nonetheless, I am quite keen to see how it goes (:
I’ve recently been asking myself what would happen if the Internet crashed. Think about it, what would we do with all that free time? lol. Seriously though, imagine all your information is on cloud computing and everyone can access it anywhere and at anytime, wouldn’t that put a lot of pressure on the internet service providers? We’d require a lot of data and they’re going to have to upgrade if they want to accommodate our needs. Imagine if they don’t upgrade fast enough and the Internet crashes…What then? I can only imagine anarchy. lol, probably not. Everyone will probably be in bed until the news reports that the Internet is up and running again. Hahaha.
true. like how we are “forced” into using facebook and twitter. I am sure the future of internet would not only be made more accessible to us, but also make all our information more accessible to the market, organizations and also, everyone else.
in the future all i can think of is that things will be balanced. like we’re not using the internet so much and everyone is not constantly wired. but we never know huh? the internet might crash, or it might advance. we’ll see. =)
Oh well, i am not a tech guru to comment on the future of the internet but a proud student who have been given a chance to study and understand about internet. No matter what happens, i just pray hard i can continue to use the internet to have entertainment! Enjoyed the class with you! Hope we see each other next semester! 🙂
Wow what an interesting article! My mind starts to panic when i think that the internet might crash one day. Being so dependent on the net these days for news updates instead of reading the paper, i will definitely face some trouble when the internet starts to crash. Hopefully, the future of the internet will blossom and it will continue to guide us through.
